Caliber is the only place we take our vehicles for repairs and maintenance. Their customer service is top notch and they are honest and have never pressured us into any unneeded repairs.

Place is well organized and clean.
Weekends you should make an appointment or arrive before noon or you lost you trip there.
They have a nice wait area with playground for kids.

Worst experience at a shop ever. I have been going to Caliber Auto Care for years. It was recently bought by Sun Auto and the new Manger is incompetent, rude, threatened me and has very little automotive knowledge. Tried to get hold of Customer Service and was lied to and ignored. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow regarding the manager, Mike Schwartz and his illegal behavior. Tried to claim our call was recorded and said he told me about a deductible, when he never said anything about it, then threatened to not give me my car back. Never notified me they were no longer in network for my warranty and didn't get prior approval regarding the deductible. He gives Sun Auto a very bad name.
