i came in for a coolant leak diagnostic on my 2018 bmw 3 series... i was told that i needed to replace thermostat, coolant reservoir and waterpump and was quoted +$2100 to fix the issue and assured that this would fix the coolant leak. after getting the car back a week later, as soon as i drive the car off, i get a message that im low on coolant so i immediatley turn around and return the car. the mechanic then attempted to argue with me that the car was not leaking, when i could clearly see coolant leaking. they take the car back and keep it for another week. i then recieve a call about a "new leak" they found or that the diagnoser missed, and that they would have to replace the part free of charge because it was something they missed. another week later i pick up the car and drive off...later that same day the low coolant light comes on again. i call robert and he tells me to return the car the next day. after returning the car the 3rd time, they keep my car for another week because trying to find the problem and also their garage door behind my car was stuck. i finally get a call after almost a month of having my car from robert saying that theres a coolant leak deep in the engine and that his mechanics are not willing/ dont have the tools to do the job and that there was nothing more he could do. heartbroken, i pickup the car with the same problem i brought it in for, and take the car back home $2000 poorer. currently pursuing legal action. robert has told me they officially no longer work on BMWspics below are my proof my car was still leaking coolant after service. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. the waterpump was not replaced and they claim the the old parts were already gone before could be saved. i even read reviews before goin there and the receptionist convinced me that they had a apprentice mechanic at the time and now thier head mechanic is back and she assured me not to worry and that my car would be fixed smh
