The Subaru employee that help me was Adan. He was great. Took care of Me. My vehicle had full tank when it was getting fixed and got it back with less than half. I'm pretty sure dealership make enough specially with what we pay and can't fill up a gas tank?? They said they will wash my vehicle and it was worst than how I had it.(Lie) besides that everything good

I just went to service our 2023 Subaru Outback for it's 4th included full service at 20,000 miles. Oil and filter change , tire rotation, A/C filter change and full inspection report worth at least $150 at some places . Please take advantage of these services if you buy a new Subaru. Great value! Summit Subaru had my Forester serviced in 1 1/2 hours. The 21 point inspection showed that I needed my cabin and engine air filters replaced. I had them installed along with regular service. The technician will check the brake pads again during my next service.
I am pleased with the customer service that I received from Sam, my advisor, at Summit Subaru.

The only thing I didn't like is that my clock shows the wrong date. It's one day behind the true date. Time appears to be ok. Getting the time fixed was all I stopped in for because the time I had it in May for service didn't reset the correct time on the car. I use that clock a lot. While there the svs tech. noticed the tire had a screw in it. Was glad that was fixed in a timely manner the same day.

I had two recent service trips. Thought I completed all necessary repairs. Got an email days later outlining needed extensive repairs, some of which had been completed. Called and tried to get answers about the confusion, but never received any type of follow up. Now going to take it to another dealer for follow up.

I specifically requested that all dashboard settings be put back the way they were when I brought my car in. That didn't happen and I had to come back to have the settings adjusted.. This happened once before when the side mirrors were turned off and not turned on again. As I depend on the side mirrors I was not happy.

Waaaayyy to expensive.
I went in for transmission oil replacement = $511.00!
They also "found" repairs that needed to be completed = $10k!
It's only a 7 year old Subaru Outback.
Missing the service and pricing of the previous Subaru dealership owners.

My tire and rim were damaged during service. I got home and noticed and called right away. The manager said I must have hit a curb! I did not. The manager never spoke to me direct, just kept telling the worker what to say. Some manager! I have never had this happen to me before. I could easily forgive if they said sorry we are not sure how that happened. Real bummer!

The attention to my vehicle at the appointed service time was expertly & professionally handled by Johnny. The speed of service completion was beyond exceptional! The only reason this wasn't 5-star was because my display was changed during the service and I am unable to get back what I had. The owner's manual is worthless, so to remedy what I had I will have to make a trip back into Summit for help.

I was immediately greeted by a service manager. He told me that the technician would check my brakes pads ( I had been told that they needed to be replaced). The pads were fine for now. They rotated the tires since they were already off my vehicle. The technician changed the oil and filter. The work was completed in about 1 1/2 hours.
My service manager went over the bill with me and we discussed the timeline for further services.

Got in on short notice. Service staff polite and kind. Work done in a short amount of time. Glove compartment removed for work. I had just been at the bank and left cash in it by mistake. It was in disturbed. I appreciated the honesty of repair staff.
