Everything was handled very professionally. I was immediately greeted on arrival and pricing was covered before service began. My only negative is that since I made an appointment I found taking 2:15 for oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection a bit long.

I was told service would take approximately 21/2 hours. After 1 hour I got a text every thing was green. Status text never worked while I was sitting there. I am thinking maybe service required a little more time than quoted. Finally I ask service advisor how much longer. He tell me I have to check. My service took 4 hours. Terrible service and I had an appointment. I am seriously thinking about taking my car elsewhere.

Please don't make a noon apt for a car to be serviced if you are already swamped and know that realistically the vehicle would not be serviced until late in the day, or the following day. Speak up! I'd rather make the apt for first thing the following morning and have my car.

My advisor, Erin, gave great customer service from the time I walked to when my stay was completed. She acknowledged me right away gave me an estimated time for service and what would be taken care of during time. She gave me tips at end of service which was good general knowledge for a hybrid owner to have.

Joshua, my service specialist was very helpful in explaining why my driver's side windshield wiper could not be raised for snow removals. Also, he informed me of a slow leak in one of my tires which was courtesy repaired. I waited no more than two hours.

Great service like normal. My car battery was low and I had to get jumped. took it into the shop they checked everything out, checked the battery. Found nothing wrong and it cost me $0. They could have told me I needed a new battery, but they were honest. It was just the cold (-8F) cold blast that just drained it under the minimum to start the car.

Fast, efficient, and thorough--as usual. In for an oil change on my 9-year-old Prius. They also inspected the car, stem-to-stern, and gave it a clean bill of health. Great service, great car! One tech told me that my 2016 car should keep running for the foreseeable future, and that I should not to sell it. Extremely honest for a car dealer!

Overbooking or not enough staff. 10:15 am appointment to have the oil changed. When I arrived, I was told it would be 1 1/2 hrs. For an oil change ! I was out of there at 11:45 am. If I could find another service place to change the oil with the preferred Toyota oil I would go there.

A meeting was set up to see a specific car. An appointment was made with an employee. Upon arrival neither the employee or the vehicle were there that day. Drive 40 minutes for nothing.
