I gave Suburban Tire Auto Care another chance after many years, based on a recommendation from Discount Tire, whom I trust. Unfortunately, my experience was just as disappointing as before. Your shop was unable to loosen a bolt needed for an alignmentsomething another shop completed with no issue. Additionally, I was told I needed multiple services [$1800] that turned out to be unnecessary. Given this experience, I won't be returning.

The rest rooms were very clean and well supplied. I appreciated that they offered free drinks. Since I didn't expect to stay there and get the work done right away and it was right around lunch, I wish they offered some chips or something too. The price was also good

I was referred by a friend a few years back. Got a set of tires for my tacoma, absolutely loved the service & professionalism, also got my wife a set a tires when she needed them. That's when I found out they were family own. They noticed I came from Chicago & thanked me. No thank You! Wish there were more places like this so I wouldn't have to travel so far great service.

Over priced quote even with just replacing all tires, 3 months ago. Tried to scare talk with me(female) about the tire which needed to be looked over after getting fix while out of state due to emergency, when I know more than they think I know. Unwilling to work we me even though I just spent over 1,000 in tires like I said 3 months ago.
