I had a headlight out. I called and left a message for Jake. My call was returned the same afternoon letting me know I could bring my vehicle in any day between 1:30-3. I brought my vehicle in 2 days later and the repair was complete within 30 minutes! Jake also referred me to a new car salesperson (Trey), who followed up with me the next morning. Excellent service as always.

It took an hour and 15 minutes to have the oil change done with an appointment made. Received paperwork could hardly see it, low on ink. Multi point inspection form WAS IN black and white could not tell condition because all the color looks the same.

Made an appointment to see the vehicle, drove 24 miles, then was told they were unable to show me the vehicle at that time. Sent emails and left a couple voicemails as to when I can see it and no return call or reply back. Very disappointing. Terrible customer service.
