Good afternoon, Mrs. Hackney, I am confused over your review. You arrived at our dealership for the very first time and we found your oil cap was missing and your dipstick was hanging out of the engine. You asked to take the time to clean the excessive oil from under the hood. The technician spent a lot of time removing the cowl panels and cleaning the engine bay and under-hood area for you. The total charges with your oil change, Tire rotation, engine detailing, and Engine shampoo was $248.00. I am sorry that you feel that we overcharged you and would like to speak with you some more if you would be willing to. You stated we left your fuel cap off, and your vehicle is not equipped with a fuel cap and this was also your first visit here. Please reach out to me if you would like to discuss this further.
