I was in your business for five hours waiting on an express oil change. At 10:00 a.m. (I was there at 7:30 a.m.) I went to to advisor to check the eta and was told that there were only 2 technicians and still waiting for my car to be service. Customer service is definitely lacking. Teeka was very friendly, professional and reassuring. If you guys offer express oil changes, it SHOULD NOT TAKE 5 HOURS!!!!!

I did notice that another customer entered the location and Mary had zero issues with assisting him. May only stated that she would be with me shortly and never assisted me. I liked that I could test drive, didn't like how the sales guy kept almost forcing me to stay every time I would I say would think about it he kept pressuring me saying well just letting you know it's gonna sell fast etc also didn't like the pricing of the car a lot of blemishes and things messed up and let me test drive a car that had the mirror falling off so I couldn't see out of my passenger mirror

My vehicle was picked up free of charge (bc I live fairly close) and I asked for my vehicle to be returned before the kids were out of school and it arrived with time to spare before pick up.
