Sub Chev was amazing! After calling 6 different places to fix a screw in my tire as I was leaving town they were the only ones who said come on it. We want you to be safe. We'll get you fixed. They did, in less than 30 mins! Staff was so friendly. Will definitely go back when I'm in the market for a new car in 18 months. Thank you!

They did a great job on my truck. When they did the test drive, they couldn't replicate what I was describing, but they went beyond the road test and when they ran my truck through the computer, found the problem and fixed it! I also have an extended warranty and Suburban Chevrolet just asked for the phone number from me and they took care of the rest. Definitely will be back for any future servicing needs.

Took 2.5 hours when told it would be 1.5 hours. Service tech bailed on me without notice. Had to wait for another tech to become available. That tech could not find paperwork and keys but I saw where mechanic placed them and provided location. Discounts shown to original tech were not applied and had to be corrected over phone next day. Switching to Lenzen.

I waited in the lobby which was comfortable and even ran into my car salesman who recognized me and took the time to talk about how I was liking my car. That was a very special conversation. Inconsistent on service timing. Scheduled service for oil change and tire rotation should not take 90 minutes. That is why we make an appointment. This is not the first time in this shop. Not sure why.
