I had a new SD card put in because old one was giving me a error message, $600 later and two days on the phone with onstar I still have an error message, different than one before, that dealership says it's onstar problem and they say is dealership problem. I'm not a happy customer right now.

great customer service when I brought my vehicle in to have my axles expected with a hat replaced, but I didn't need a wheel alignment before I brought my car in and now I need a wheel alignment which I'm out of pocket more but other than that, everything else went really well

I like how they pick your car up and deliver back to you. I like how they explain what issues they diagnosis throughly.I don't like how oil or dirt stains left on steering wheel and aside inside sides of door,and on floor mats,although paper may be used for feet

I came in for a routine oil, filter, lube, and tire rotation. I also had text and email messages that said I may have a problem with my battery. I ended up having to get a new battery, a new engine air filter, and a new compartment filter located under the dash. The total cost was almost $800! I wondered if all of that was necessary and if it would be better to just get a new car. Very disappointing.
