I asked for ONLY an oil changed and when I picked my car up, they charged me additionally for fuel cleaner, oil supplement and additional labor for those without asking me, without my knowledge and told me it was required to "maintain" my warranty (which it is not required, I found out later). Mind you my car is only a 2023 and had less than 20k miles on it. Terrible experience.

Upon my arrival to the dealership , I was greatly warmly by a service advisor that quickly stated that he would be helping me for my service. He did the necessary paperwork and I went to the lounge. When my car was ready he came out and stated that my car was ready.

A recent oil change and tire rotation turned into so much more. I was informed of the findings and given options. Everything was well explained. Additional repairs were made. I was provided a loaner and I'm a happy customer. My service advisor Jeff Zajac is the best. He kept me informed.

I do not appreciate the blatant upselling of the service representative, to the point of telling lies to get a $109 oil change bumped up to $174.99 for the exact services that are LISTED on the paper. Attempting to explain that more services will be granted than what is written on the printout if I select the basic plan of $174.99 is a very POOR PRACTICE if that is what Suburban is doing.

I liked that the shuttle driver decided to drop me off first since I had to be at work instead of choosing to drop off the other customers who didn't have to be dropped off at work. It was good that the dealership service decided to drop my car off to me at my job instead of sending the shuttle driver to pick me up from work and take me back to the dealership. It saved me from missing time working.

Had appointment for two recalls and navigation update. After two hours my vehicle was ready and I left. While driving home I received a phone call, stating that I should return, something was incomplete. Second time time was no better, while driving home I lost the dash display. Third time made it home without incident.

They failed to address the issues, claiming they were unable to replicate them. Aaron never asked me to accompany the mechanic for a test drive. If I ever return to this dealership, I will not go to him again. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years, and it's disappointing to receive service that falls short of what customers truly deserve.

I waited about 15 minutes for a service advisor when I had a scheduled drop off time. The advisor never introduced himself nor provided a business card should I need to reach him on a direct line. While he was writing up my recall repair he carried on a conversation an another advisor that wasn't business related. All in all this is now what I expect from a Cadillac dealer.
