I had an appointment and received excellent service. When an unexpected issue came up they offered me a ride or a loaner car if I needed it. I have always had great service here and think its worth the trek from Vancouver to get the car serviced at Portland Subaru. I appreciate that they know my car and have the history on it.

I went in for my first oil change & tire rotation. I didnt have enough miles on my new vehicle to get my tire rotation, so will bring it back for that service. In a quick check by my Service Advisor it was discovered that I needed a computer upgrade, so I agreed to the extra time needed to get this service completed. Thank you!

Thanks so much for prompt, courteous, perfect service: the original battery on my 2019 Subaru was draining (even when I drove it for the recommended minimum of 30 minutes/week). Subaru took care of the problem: replacement battery at no charge, and completed within the time framework I'd been given (same day).

I miss the coffee and pastry that was provided in the waiting area before COVID. Regarding the car service, it took longer than predicted and the printer was down, so I wasn't given anything saying what they actually did. I think the service was supposed to include tire rotation and I don't know whether that was done or not. I love my Forester and, as far as I know, it was treated well.

It was very easy to schedule service for the several recalls on my Forester. I had a family member drop it off for me and Subaru of Portland sent me a text letting me know I could text them with any questions or just for updates. All around great service, I would definitely use them again.

On time, ir was good good but I didnt feel comfortable with his answers to my questions about the navigation system.. he really didnt look like he knew the answer and was just making up some lame answers. I didnt feel comfortable inside the car with him with him only using a face shield vs a mask that covers mouth and nose.

Polite and expedient. Wish that they adhere to scheduled appointments. They book many people at the same time and place walk-ins in front of those with appointments. Don't see the value of making an appointment.
Especially under the current circumstances when no one wants to wait in confined waiting rooms or walk around aimlessly outside.

The service shop was fine. The tow truck or rather the individual sent to evaluate/service the car accidently scratched the back door on the driver's side. It's a rather superficial scratch so I hesitated to mention it but everytime I see it I'm reminded.

Purchased and maintained by new Forester from this dealership since 2016. Waited 10 minutes in service bay to pickup after last service...not a single customer around. 6 service advisors sitting at desks with no acknowledgement. Finally walked back to end of service bay to find someone to help. Have already completed Portland Subaru's survey with no response. I want this dealership to succeed, but they need to step up!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 11:30 with no appointment. Attendant said it would be ready at 1:00, which seemed a little long, but okay. Came back at 1:00 and work had not yet started. Work finally finished at 1:30. The attendant was courteous and discounted the final bill, but I probably won't do an oil change again without an appointment.

Excellent customer service by Spencer Stambaugh, Assistant Service Manager. Without an appointment, I was in and out in less than 90 minutes with oil change and filter, all fluids checked, tires rotated and removal of a mark on the passenger door. Mr. Stambaugh was very friendly, answered all of my questions, kept me updated with text messages and went out of his way to assure that I had a first-class experience. Much appreciated.

Price of an oil change doubled and doesnt include the $40 tire rotation that was part of the original service. I dont expect Subaru if Portland to be a charity but I also dont expect to pay more than I normally have in the past when I have a $35 off coupon.

They raised the prices considerably. + 71% for an oil change & 100% for a tire rotation. I made an appointment & still had to wait 1 1/2 hours, it probably would have been longer had I not inquired about the status of my car only to find out it was finished and parked in the lot. I also found out that they did not do all of the service. I would have given them no stars but the service manager promptly corrected the problem.
