Service was good but quote for a new Subaru battery is not so great. Almost $500 to install a new battery? after having 3 batteries replaced in 6 years on my previous Forester I do not trust Subaru batteries. I can get a top rated premium battery installed for half that much, $250.

I am convinced that the service staff at Subaru of Little Rock cares about the experience their customers have while using their services. The only constructive criticism that I have is that phone calls typically go straight to voice mail and not always returned or returned promptly.

I liked that I didn't need an appointment to get service. The complimentary drink/snacks inside were a huge bonus, and the waiting room was comfy. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the 90 minute wait for "express" service but I guess that can be chalked up to a busy day.

A different service advisor- they terminated an experienced one. I told the cashier if they terminate the next good one. I am gone & no more Subaru. All of the new ones always quote me that I need over $1,000 of work, like a new battery when I already had one 11 months ago. And a couple of other things that the experienced service advisor would review and say a mistake. Frustrating.

All fantastic! Even sent me a video of what they did. The only thing they missed was that they did not vacuum the interior as they had said they would, but the service guy was very quick to rectify it by telling me just to come back in a day that's convenient for me, so very good customer service!

Can't believe the way I was treated. Completely ignored until it was time to tell me how much everything would cost. Questions I sent through their messaging system were never responded to. Phone calls and messages about my week long repair were never returned. They told me they'd pick me up when my car was finished. They abandoned me on that too. Unbelievable. I expected at least common decency from a dealership like Subaru.

My experience was great! Jeremy was very helpful and didn't push. Answered my questions to the best of his ability, since I was buying a pre-owned vehicle which was not a Subaru. It was an overall great experience compared to some of the other dealerships I had visited. Detailing of the car left a bit to be desired as I found melted food substances stuck in drivers door and film on inside of windshield.

Very nice people! Out-of-state travelers needed an underbody inspection after encountering a large sheet of metal bouncing in the middle lane of I-40. Subaru of Little Rock made room on its schedule for an inspection at no cost to the travelers. With their assurance there was no damage to the underside of our Forester, we made it back to the Pacific Northwest with no further difficulty.

Service has gone down hill from when we first bought our Outback. Our last two visits were not good. One of them I did talk to the manager. For this oil change visit, we had a 2:00 appointment and it took over 2 hours to just get an oil change. We are not happy with how things are run.

Excellent. While visiting Little Rock I needed my brakes checked. Was able to get an appointment quickly, had the repair work done and was on my way home again. The cost was way less than I had been quoted elsewhere. The customer waiting area and snack bar are very nice. Be sure to plan to wait for your car and enjoy some time to just relax.

They had our vehicle for a software upgrade on the radio, and returned it with every check engine light on the dashboard lit up claiming that now there's engine issues and somehow they screwed up the air conditioning and blower, denied it, got caught in their lie, and then scrambled to fix it at the last minute.
