Staff was very friendly Jaden was really helpful in setting up a loaner car for us. Wade set the service up for us and text us to let us know how the service was going. There was another gentleman there when we first got there to drop off the car .I wish I remembered his name but he took care of us and got us with Jayden to pick up the loaner. All the staff are kind there I have not ran across a bad one yet

Rep recommended that I not get the 30 Month 36K miles service as the car has less than 10K miles on it. Just got a tire rotation, oil change and inspection. Saved me about $300. Most dealerships would have just gone ahead and done the more expensive service (even if it wasn't needed)

I liked that they looked at my car quickly. I was disappointed they didn't have a loaner when they fould out it would take several days to fix. I did not have a reservation because my check engine light came on and I drove right to the dealership. I did have a loaner the next day.

Service went really well and completed within an hour. I did have a 2pm appointment scheduled, but the service person acted as if he had no clue about the appointment. I as treated as a spontaneous walk in. He said they weren't that busy, so it shouldn't take that long. I didn't quite understand the comment given I had an appointment and was there on time.

The service took about the length of time I expected. What I didn't expect was to wait 53 minutes while my car set 15 feet from me completed, getting texts asking how I liked the job and the text telling me it was complete along with the emailed invoice. And no help to just give me my keys so I could leave? Closest shop to me which is 2 hours away. I have no choice. I live this place but this one person dropped the ball.

Friendly, kept me informed by text, but would never really let me know their invoice price. Tried to charge $1200 for floor mats and window tinting that the dealership put on all cars but took off the $1200 when I didn't want it. I got to keep the mats and tinting. I had to wait 5 weeks for a part but they gave me a good loaner car to drive. They kept their word and stayed in touch. I would recommend them.

Service was good but quote for a new Subaru battery is not so great. Almost $500 to install a new battery? after having 3 batteries replaced in 6 years on my previous Forester I do not trust Subaru batteries. I can get a top rated premium battery installed for half that much, $250.

I am convinced that the service staff at Subaru of Little Rock cares about the experience their customers have while using their services. The only constructive criticism that I have is that phone calls typically go straight to voice mail and not always returned or returned promptly.

I liked that I didn't need an appointment to get service. The complimentary drink/snacks inside were a huge bonus, and the waiting room was comfy. The only thing I wasn't fond of was the 90 minute wait for "express" service but I guess that can be chalked up to a busy day.

A different service advisor- they terminated an experienced one. I told the cashier if they terminate the next good one. I am gone & no more Subaru. All of the new ones always quote me that I need over $1,000 of work, like a new battery when I already had one 11 months ago. And a couple of other things that the experienced service advisor would review and say a mistake. Frustrating.

Can't believe the way I was treated. Completely ignored until it was time to tell me how much everything would cost. Questions I sent through their messaging system were never responded to. Phone calls and messages about my week long repair were never returned. They told me they'd pick me up when my car was finished. They abandoned me on that too. Unbelievable. I expected at least common decency from a dealership like Subaru.

My experience was great! Jeremy was very helpful and didn't push. Answered my questions to the best of his ability, since I was buying a pre-owned vehicle which was not a Subaru. It was an overall great experience compared to some of the other dealerships I had visited. Detailing of the car left a bit to be desired as I found melted food substances stuck in drivers door and film on inside of windshield.

Very nice people! Out-of-state travelers needed an underbody inspection after encountering a large sheet of metal bouncing in the middle lane of I-40. Subaru of Little Rock made room on its schedule for an inspection at no cost to the travelers. With their assurance there was no damage to the underside of our Forester, we made it back to the Pacific Northwest with no further difficulty.
