Did not follow contact process we wanted. Told us there was nothing wrong until we sent a video in showing the blower motor was bad. Then, "Oh yeah, that is broken." They're requesting an unreasonable amount for simple service. We have decided this will be our last Subaru from this dealer. Since they sold, the service and experience have been a serious downgrade.

Excellent service. the technician showing a video of what he found helped me decide on service. This is a great feature. I am very disappointed that the vehicle needed this much "repair" at 90k miles. I'm only speaking of the repair, not the needed service.

Excellent Service Dept. Manager, Service Writers, and Techs. Fair prices. This store is only about three miles from my home. I recently installed four new Yokohama tires at the near Discount Tire Co. Shop. My 2017 Forester looks and performs like new. No issues.

I came for an oil change and did a 90,000 mile checkup, also. During the checkup, it was found that my Subie had a damaged ball joint, worn rear wheel bearings and a leaky valve cover. The servicing and repairs would take a couple of days, mainly due to the parts had to be delivered to the dealership. The dealership let us use a loaner for a couple of days and our Subie was ready for pickup.

Came in for a 4 wheel alignment. Also asked to have tire pressures checked due to fluctuating temperatures. As far as I know the wheel alignment was done correctly. The pressure on two tires on passenger side were set 5 pounds below drivers side? I had to stop at the tire shop to have them aired up.

Overall, I had a great experience. The staff at this location are always kind and efficient, and my car was serviced promptly. The only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the oil change mileage wasn't reset, but I was able to take care of it myself. Other than that, I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning for future service.

Battery died in the middle of a lane to turn left onto Bay Area Blvd. in Webster. Luckily I was not in the middle of the road. Car had to be towed to the dealership. Battery was under warranty. Thankful for that, however why did my key not work and car locked which posed an issue with getting the car towed. Dealership service was good and only had to wait a few hours, not having an appointment, with this unexpected visit.

Perry Strange was awesome. Took care of us and kept us informed. Appointment time was honored, work completed on schedule, and had no complaints. Video walk through was helpful. Great service all around. Would recommend that customer snack area stay stocked (or just get rid of it) as it look very picked over and trashy.

So I had a bad crack in my windshield from a rock, however, my windshield was literally splitting at the top. Technician "a rock hit it that's why it's cracked" duh we already knew that. Also the technician damaged my car and didn't tell anyone. Took the body shop 3 times to fix it to my satisfaction. My in house person (who calls to tell you stuff is ready) was awesome and stayed on top of things.
