When I first arrived, they told me that my brake lights couldn't be fixed. Then after several hours, I received a phone call and they told me that I had to keep a damaged brake light. Then I received a phone call telling me that the people who installed my window tints damaged my brake lights by putting the wires in incorrectly. Then I later received a phone call saying my brake light issue was rectified and I was told by the service advisor that it was a device the dealership had installed. This was a third-party aftermarket item that was put in to make your brake lights blink when you step on the pedal. This is not a Subaru factory item, and it was later removed only after I had to identify the issue myself, call the dealership who installed it. Otherwise, I'd still be driving around with a break light that flashes . Many lies, this really just comes down to poor management and inexperienced service technicians.
