The staff, from front office to the service manager, to the techs and the sales staff are always polite and respectful. They don't talk down to me as a single woman coming in to have service done on my vehicle. They don't talk work is always done in time and complete explanations are given when the service is completed.

Easy drop off and pickup. Only reason I didn't give a 5 Star, seldom do they remember to reset the oil change and tire rotation reminders.

It was wonderful!!! Brett Stopp and I talked for a while and he introduced me to others and was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was very nice. I had a slow leak on one tire that needed to be fixed. It leaked 5-8 lbs/week and triggered the tire pressure sensers. The mechanics found not one small leak but two! They repaired the tire and got me back on the road quickly. I appreciate their thoroughness. They also replaced the rear window wiper and had a very fair price for it all. I am very pleased.

very good. They fix things right the first time and have fair prices. The service manager listens to my concerns and gives suggestions about what he will check. They always call back with diagnosis and cost estimate for repair and answer questions. I have never had a problem with their service for any of my vehicles because they have great technicians. I highly recommend Stuart Nissan for service for ANY brands of cars or trucks.

I appreciated the estimate of service cost prior to bringing my car in. Service Manager was friendly and professional. Recommendations made for additional services and completed. I did receive an additional estimate for seat flap repair of $233. When I asked if that was the total price, I was informed there would be an additional shop fee of $50. Fair disclosure would provide that up front. Lastly, every conversation in the "girls" office can be heard by customers.
