Above and Beyond on service but that should tell people when they suggest things to them it's a customer says yes they should let them know that the price will go up instead of just waiting till everything is done and giving them a higher bill than they was expecting to pay.

I have been going there for almost 20 years and now that ownership has changed, it keeps getting more expensive every time. Last time they charged me to top off my washer fluid (that used to be complimentary). This time they quoted me $66 for an oil changed and tried to bill my card for $99. Only after some bickering back in forth did he suggest he made an error. I WILL NOT be back.

My experience on 12/04/24 was excellent. However, I gave only a one star rating because I don't appreciate having getting my oil changed with you guys for at least the past 3 years, with UBER stickers on my front and back window, and yet NEVER being told UNTIL 12/04/24 that I was entitled to an Uber driver discount!! I feel like I am owed at least a free oil change on my next visit!! And if I trade my vehicle in next month, that means my next visit would not be until April or May of 2025. Other than that, my service at your facility is always courteous, quick & thorough.
