The customer service was great. I was greeted by Samuel. He offered me a bottle of water. He explained everything since this was my first visit to Strickland Brothers. My oil change to approximately 10 minutes. He checked and topped of any fluids plus checked my air pressure. The service was great.

Great service. I was greeted and offered a water bottle when I arrived. The tech checked in with me a couple times during service. He did not try to upsell me. Got my oil changed and tires rotated and I was out within 30 minutes. Will definitely return for my next service!

I only go to Strickland Brothers after a competitor left the oil pan cover off and I dumped oil everywhere. Strickland brothers to the rescue literally and ever since then I only go there!

My oil change experience at Strickland Brothers Oil change was excellent. They promptly got to me and ask me what I needed. I showed them the 50% OFF oil change coupon I had received in the mail and they were very pleasant about everything. The oil change was performed right away and everything went smooth as could be. Took 20 min+ and my truck was passed over for 2 incoming vehicles. They were gruff - not the usual respectful and nice service. Only one person working on my truck had a uniform on. The other person could've been off the street and decided to help out. Didn5 have much confidence in this work.

By having trainees do my oil changed caused MAJOR ISSUES ! The trainees never replaced the oil back into the vehicle which caused my car service light to come on & ignition coils to mess up and caused internal damage along with shaking of engine. Ive been going there for at least a year a NEVER had a issue until now & all that was offered was a free oil change while Im kicking out $ to fix

The workers did a fantastic job, and earned five stars. However, Strickland Brothers corporate office cost this location a star because the computer system had not been programed to recognize a coupon I had received from Strickland Brothers via email. I would not have made a special effort to leave home on New Year's Day had it not been for the one-day-only coupon, so I was especially disappointed that it couldn't be used.
