Took much longer than 10 minutes (more like 40). Wasn't told / notified when car was ready. They took key and didn't give it to me after I checked out so had to go back and wait on someone to get it. Was told "I'll be back in 1 minute" when I first drove up, but no one came back until about 10 minutes later.

The guys closing that night were amazing kind and nice they helped me last customer of the day the manager or supervisor that was in charge I don't recall his name but he deserves credit!! Even forgot my coffee cup went back they had it ready for me after they closed!

The staff were friendly knowledgeable affluent with the job .gave a good account on the status of our vehicle..we did have to wait a little bit in line but that will show you that a lot of people like it there .driving up the road past a few other quick oilchange places they were empty.

After showing me the inside air filter while changing my oil and filter, they also tried to help me determine why I had a leak inside my car on the passenger front side. I took it to the Kia dealership the next day, and it was a clogged air conditioner drain line as they predicted. They were so very patient and tried their best to be helpful.

THE CABIN FILTER WAS WAY TO HIGH.
EMPLOYEES WERE GREAT BUT, I WISH THEY WOULD HAVE TOLD ME HOW MUCH THE FILTER WAS. $9.00 ON AMAZON BUT $40.00 FROM YOU. I SHOULD HAVE MADE THEM TAKE IT OUT AND DO IT MY SELF.
