The tech spilled oil in my engine. Electrical is now not functioning properly. Took several days to input claim on damage. Haven't heard from them in a few days about next steps. Told I needed to get my own rental car and they would reimburse me if claim was approved. Huge inconvenience. Store manager did all he could with in his powers, but higher ups not doing enough to take care of customer after their mistake.

If u get pure synthetic oil it will last 7000 miles. The sticker they put on windshield tells you when next oil change is due. They put 3000 miles on all of Regardless that u can go 7000. What a rip off. Would not go back again. People beware !

Friendly, hardworking and respectful young people work here. They dont do a hard upsell on anything but they do make me aware of what my options would be for certain small add-ons like filters. Been going here for several years because I like their prices and I can watch that they do all the things theyre supposed to do.

New Management and Owners (Formerly Called Zoom-A-Lube). Service is quick and fast, besides its much better than waiting at the dealership for an oil change. The Service team gave a $5 coupon for repeat or returning customer, which is greatly appreciated.

They try to up sell other products (i.e. air filters, cabin air filters) that can be purchased cheaper at other locations. However, they did offer to install the other products for free. This isn't an unusual feature of quick oil change operations, but it is a bother.
