Excellent customer service and professional work. Had a regular service done but because there is a full inspection done there were some additional service work that is critical for are safety. I was informed an all in all I approved the repairs and I received are vehicle back same day.

Everyone very helpful and friendly, only complaint is our tire pressure light comes on over and over. It then won't show us individual tire pressure. Each service appointment, I mention it. I guess they disconnect the battery and reset it, and it comes back on during the drive home. I don't ever report it until the next service appt. because I just don't have the time to come back that soon. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Great experience, no issues. just one recommendation would be a free car wash with oil change and tire rotation. I think that would keep customers coming back and I like the price matching when buying tires. Oil changes are close to the same price or $30 to $40 dollars cheaper as other local places.

Great service, didn't try to tell me something was needed that wasn't like a lot of other dealerships have over the years. My only complaint was my seat setting had been changed. When I got in my seat was as high as it would go and very close to the steering wheel, (I'm only 5'2") and it was too much for me. When I push the button for my setting it had been change and the seat was as high as it would go.

$350 / hr just for labor is ridiculous. We needed help but no way can we pay just as much to fix the issue as what we paid for it. Will never ask for help from Toyota again!

I understand your frustration, and I'd like to clarify what happened and how the charges were determined. When your vehicle was brought to us, it had already been serviced by a third-party locksmith who was attempting to program aftermarket keys. Unfortunately, during that process, the vehicle's DLC connector was damaged and multiple control modules were locked out. This created a more complex diagnostic and repair situation than a standard key programming service. Our team had to diagnose the communication issues, repair the damaged components, and restore access to the affected systems before any key programming could even be attempted. That additional work is what contributed to the labor time involved. I'd also like to clarify that our labor rate is $182.95 per hour not $350 per hour as mentioned. We strive to be transparent and fair in our pricing, and all charges reflect the time and expertise required to safely restore your vehicle. We understand this was an unexpected situation and appreciate the opportunity to explain. If you have any questions about the work performed, we're happy to review it with you in detail.
