2nd time this year I had to take my truck into Straightline. After being told they could not get an error code, they said I could take my vehicle. I had to go to another transmission shop to get my problem confirmed, then took it back to Straightline to show tell them what the other place found. Not impressed at all by the service at Straightline, and will not be going back.

I was initially charged double the cost for running diagnosis on the vehicle. It was corrected only when I questioned why it is not as per quote given to be prior to booking the appointment. No proper reason or apologies for bad service were given. The Customer service rep is not friendly to interact with. He didn't greet me nor made be comfortable about the whole experience.

I've gone to Straightline Automotive Services a couple of times, they listen to my concerns and make sure those concerns are addressed. They found an issue when driving my vehicle that I was not aware of and discussed it with me before repairing it. I feel very confident working with the team at Straightline Automotive.
