I have used the Straightline service garage on Greenhouse several times, and that team is outstanding. The office manager actually offered me a ride home for an oil change and A/C service that only took a couple hours. They are all friendly, very clear about the work they will do, and when to expect the job to be done. I seriously recommend using this garage.

I feel this is the best automotive repair shop in our area. The staff is courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. All work has been completed in a professional and timely manner. 2nd time this year I had to take my truck into Straightline. After being told they could not get an error code, they said I could take my vehicle. I had to go to another transmission shop to get my problem confirmed, then took it back to Straightline to show tell them what the other place found. Not impressed at all by the service at Straightline, and will not be going back.

Overall service and experience was great except for one minor thing. Got a flat repair but they didn't put enough air back into my tireso had to do that myself immediately after picking up. Would have thought they would have checked that!

I had a transmission fluid and filter change. My transmission was not shifting properly in the 2nd and 3rd gear. They drained the transmission and added new fluid with an additive and now my transmission is shifting properly and smoothly.
