Pros: Quicker turnaround than expected with good Customer Service and communications. Cons: Did not provide VIN Emissions specs for the truck as this service is no longer offered (Smog Issues). They guided me to an emissions website that only dealers can use - no solution yet. They also did not update CarFax for the key reasons for the service visit (Replaced spark plugs performed Fuel Injection service).

Still have my car after nearly three weeks with no update. Despite several calls for a status update, no return calls in over a week. I have no idea what's going on or when I'll ever see it again. I'll need to drive to the service center to talk to someone in person just to get an update and probably won't get any information of value. Absolutely worst service experience, and not the first time.

The person responsible for rides should ensure all customers are taken to their destinations as soon as possible. I waited nearly 2.5 hours for shuttle ride. That was ridiculous and by the time I got home I was called by a staff member saying my car was ready!

She verified the warranty information and made sure all parts were in stock and they got it done way faster than originally promised. Made an appointment, dropped my car off on time at 9am. Was told it would take all day. Got a call at 1:30pm saying they wouldn't be able to get to my car that day so I should come pick it up. Said they were short staffed--but why did it take 4.5 hours to figure that out? I purchased the service plan. Guess they already have my money, so why make my car a priority? I am not pleased.

This dealership screwed me every which way. "Yeah we can make it leather" neglected to say it was gonna cost me dearly, Car was very LOW on gasoline, lights went on on my drive home stating needed need oil filter, air filter... dealership stated it HAD been serviced, provided receipt from "Big O" that an oil change HAD been done, but air filter was not changed, even after I specifically asked. Just over and over a very BAD experience.

However they had no estimate when I dropped off the car and were not willing to provide a loaner even though the car had been at the dealership for a month and this new issue was related to the service they had done in that month.

She kept me updated while I waited for my car. Friendly courteous efficient knowledgeable service. Thank Brittany. I was told it would take approximately 1 hour so I waited but it took over 2 hours.

Very poor service. When you go to check in your car at a minimum you will be there for 30 minutes. No rush by the team to check you in and get you on your way. Multiple people just walking around not worried about people waiting in the lobby to check their cars in. It took two full days just to get an update on the service findings of my car. They had my car for a full 5 business days.
