I went for an oil change. I also changed the battery due to Honda's recommendation. On the way home my Acura MDX lost power in the middle of the highway. Someone came to my assistance and discovered that the battery was not properly connected because the battery terminal was too big on the positive side for the new battery that was installed.
This was not explained to me by Honda.
Spoke with a manager by the name of Rob at Honda and he said that they don't repair or replace those battery terminals.
If that's the case then the client needs to know instead of attaching the battery incorrectly and sending the client along her way and any number of things could happen when the car loses power in the streets.
I will tell everyone I know not to go to Honda Stonecrest.
