They have fixed the telematics module successfully, but the battery drained out overnight. I'm not sure what happened, but I did get concerned about that, they jumpstarted the battery back and it was functioning again. Other than that issue, everything was great! Enjoyed being able to have direct contact with service advisor once in the shop and getting a full report on my vehicle. Would suggest that the dealership remove the AI-bot assistant on the phone line (Pam) and make it easier to connect directly with service advisors to discuss service needs and concerns.

Service manager was pretty helpful but on my paperwork I got it said I would have my truck back on a Tuesday at by 6 PM and then finally Thursday about 3 o'clock. I got it so something was going on. They told me they lost the part and they had to find it so I don't know if I would recommend a shop to people.
