The lady that helped me was real nice. I had showed her on the driver's side of the console if they could fix it.. i told her if not then I would just continue pushing it up. I asked her if they were able to fix it and she said yes. We'll it's not fixed so I will just continue to push it up. It's not broken it just looks like whatever it is supposed to hook onto, it isn't doing it..

Jaclyn Meyers was awesome! I came in after work and had to get a jump to even get there. I told her my issues and was scared what the outcome would be, she insured me I'd be fine. After about an hour or so she comes out and asks if I wanted the bad or good news first. I was thinking nothing good was coming out of this. She said well it was your battery and we're replacing it for you.

This was my first time there, and my first experience was very positive. Everything was clearly explained which the work fell under warranty. And since I was a waiter and the work was going to take some time to fix it they offered me a car so I didn't have to sit the whole time there.

Even though I had an appointment it took an hour and a half. When I got the car back the tire pressure light was on. Had to go to the gas station and put air in tire. They said my brakes are good but they are making noise so I'm not sure if they even checked.
