The programing did not take as long as expected. Everyone was friendly. Great coffee in the clean waiting area. When i called to make the appointment they actually answered their phone unlike the Ford dealership in Augusta. I would choose this place every time.

Had appointment and it was going to be a long wait time to wait for my car. The service to take me home was going to be a long wait as well. I ended up believing, going to get my daughter and have her follow me up so that she could take me home. Counter staff was great! It was a little hard to understand the rushed (speech)video that was sent to me.

As someone who deals with AI a lot. I'm 90% sure that my official contact was AI generated. At the very least, someone used AI to generate the return emails, not cool. The salesman himself contacted me about a week later. The video the salesman sent was a little over the top. However, I would definitely speak to him if I were to buy a car there. He at least seems genuine.

it as ok. I went in to have the tire sensor light turned off again. I had been in, in November 2025 for the same reason. Seems to me all sensors should be replaced if I call the next day with the same issue. But ok. Then the tech was nice and helpful, but I was not told my washer fluid whatever is not working. I read this information on the print out. Disappointed, so I guess I have to come back again. but I will return again.

I showed her my phone log which showed I called for the appt. 2hrs. after when she said the appt. was. Her response was" don't beat a dead horse you'll get your service. Very unprofessional.

As usual, the experience was positive. The technicians and service department folks are friendly and efficient! The service was performed quickly and I was provided a real time video of the work being done. During the service, the tech advised that both the cabin and air filter needed replacement. I agreed, and it was done immediately. I definitely will return for scheduled services and any other issues that may arise.

I didn't like that my truck was there for two weeks and still not fixed to my satisfaction. There is a vibration noise on my dash and the dent they were to fix is still there. Purchased a $70,000 truck and nothing was done? The detail guy should be fired the way he sent my car out when purchased. Just a lot of nonsense with this dealership.

There were a few issues regarding communication. I spoke to another advisor more than I did my own and i had to call after 2 days to check status on my vehicle.
