Nico and his team were very knowledgeable and welcoming to service my CRVs issue. The team performed various trials to locate the suspension issue. They were able to report well thought out data analysis in a professional manner. There was no major issue, but reported suspension possible issues in the near future. Most importantly, the suspension is of rubbing noise is no longer an issue.

Mike did an excellent job getting our 2007 Honda accord serviced. Our car had a transmission issue with rodents chewing up wires. Car was scheduled promptly with tech folks getting repair done correctly. We were pleased Mike told us car was in perfect condition otherwise, and didnt need further work when we asked for a thorough check.. WE will definitely come back and ask for Mike.

I appreciated the friendliness of the rep I worked with, Richard. He forgot to ask the tech to get the code for my engine so they could turn my clock and radio back on. I lost power to both of them when my battery died a few months ago.
I didn't realize the techs missed this, so I went back in and asked another rep to take care of it, and he did so right away.

I would have gavin them 5 stars but they parked my car and didn't tell me it was done. l happened to walk outside and seen my car parked in the back. I waited for about 15 minutes wondering if they were going to call my name but they didn't.When I asked the service rep I found out that they didn't tell him it was done either. What gives! But the job on my car was done right. No free wash?

Fraudulent! The fact that I didn't do a service and I am getting service notices. I called them when I got a notification about having my car in the shop and they said it was because they were going to send me a coupon. You don't check someone's car in for services to mail them a coupon. Someone is padding the service books.

The Service Department is good. It the car that is bad. A 2017 Honda HR-V is bad. The transmission went out with less than 80,000 miles which is bad because it's going to cost over $8,500.00 for a new transmission. So we will not be buying another Honda again!!!

Yeah, they was never fixed it so getting hot and I paid $1200 for to get it fixed and the Number did right good job at all. That's on Saturday situation though I just want my money back from the Honda company though they didn't even fix the AC Ride is still getting hot regardless
