My vehicle was in the Stiver Homewood shop for over 2 months. They took over a week to look at the vehicle and then quite a long time to find the right "tech" to work on the vehicle and then the part didn't work properly so they had to order another part and have installed. I own a 2019 Expedition and the transmission was failing. Would I recommend this shop? Only if you have no other choice.
