The salesman, Jon Mead, was excellent. He had several options ready for us to look at when we got there. He showed us each one. We chose 2 to test drive and narrowed it down to 2. He gave us the out the door price and carfax on the one we liked the best. He was not a high pressure salesman. We chose not to go with that car because of some concerns with what the carfax indicated.

Tires were not properly rotated. I was advised to get a wheel alignment. Did not resolve the problem. However there was an issue with the balance of the tires. The car is still running very rough. It should have been a straightforward diagnosis. Also, did not get the video inspection/walkthrough, or the paperwork for the alignment.

I appreciated the service coupons that Stivers had emailed to me. I used one to get the combo oil change and tire rotation. The employees are always friendly and professional. I live an hour away and only trust Subaru trained technicians to work on my vehicle. I hope the new Subaru dealership finally being built in my town will have the same quality as Stivers Decatur Subaru.

He advised me of all that I needed to take care of for proper upkeep of my vehicle and let me know in order of priority, so I took care of 1/2 this visit and I will do the other not pressing half during the next service

The Stiver's mechanic examined my car, provided status on major components, e.g. tires, brakes, brake fluid, filters, etc. It was nice to see everything in writing, so that I did not have to remember anything. Then I decided on the maintenance I wanted performed & the work was completed quickly. A great experience!

1) Prior service done in Nueva Scotia, Canada, while on a trip could not be entered in the Subaru USA system, thus will not appear under the vehicle history. 2) Technician did not reset the maintenance reminder, so several reminders appear each time I start the vehicle. 3) I had asked to fix water seal rubber that is coming detached from under the windshield. It has not been done. The issue is still there.

Make an appointment, bring it in they get it done.. It's simple and for a dealership it's quick. I've got one more Freebie left as far as my service goes with my 2023 Crosstrek. I'm seriously thinking about using them for the maintenance of the vehicle.

Fast service to correct my problem. I bought my car from Stivers in 2019. I now live in Venice, Fla. I dove up to Decatur to get away from hurricane Milton. On the trip I got a message to get car checked out. I took it the next day to Stivers and was welcomed and they addressed the problem. I love Stivers and felt safe driving back to Florida.

I don't think they know what they're doing. After being serviced, my check engine light came on a week later. $1,500 later and the check engine light is STILL on and the car runs more poorly than it did before it was serviced. Absolutely incompetent service department.
