The people and the service was excellent at Stew Hansen Hyundai. They exceeded my expectations and was able to get me back on the road, to deal with life in short order as it should be for anyone. I will add that I and my family have been doing business and with the Stew Hansen name since 1979 and this was something I already knew to expect.

The service advisor Ben was such a a wonderful guy. He was understanding helpful and caring. He sent a shuttle driver to my house to jump my dead battery so I could drive my car to the dealership to have a new battery put in my car . It was a breeze. He was informative pleasant advisor . Id like to see him again if I need to be there again.

Traveling through Iowa and had an engine failure. Dealership was very accommodating and kept me up to date on repairs. Really appreciate Kurt, who kept me updated and service personnel who helped get my car back to me in Kansas. Definitely will give 5 stars !! Recommended for anyone who is in the area and needs help

Took over a month to get an appointment. Does not stand behind products they sell. Failed to find a problem at an earlier appointment which caused unrepairable damage, then charged $530 to change 4 sparkplugs, which are easy to access, and is maybe a 1/2 hour job. (I had to let them do it because the car was not drivable.) They are the only Hyundai dealer in the area and they take advantage of that!

Absolutely terrible service. car was towed out there they never once contacted me told me they got it never once contacted me and told me the service was done. absolutely horrendous service you may have a good experience buying but pray that you never have to get service done to your car worst experience you will ever have

The service writers were friendly, courteous, and helpful...this was appreciated. However, I waited approximately 3 hours to have a trailer wiring inspection Recall completed and felt this was unreasonable. As a former service director, I can understand "falling behind" when it comes to repairs (things simply happen). But a 3 hour wait to complete a trailer wiring inspection probably should not have happened. Thank you.

Service porter did not vacuum front cabin of car. Did not update oil change numbers within car info system and also an appointment service took six hours. Unacceptable. I also had parts ordered in Oct 2022 and I hadnt got the service done on my car until my last visit when I brought it up. Your new phone system needs to be fixed and service advisors need to answer and return calls. Thank you.

From the receipt, it appears that the oil change was completed and the tires were rotated. It was noted that the cabin filter was dirty, but from what I can see not replaced, so I had to take it somewhere else to get a new cabin filter installed. I'm wondering why you didn't at least ask me if I wanted you to replace the cabin filter - I would have said yes.

Quick friendly service. Ryan explained everything that was done to my car so I could understand it. He also went over what other maintenance should be expected in the near future. He was a pleasure to work with. Liked it so much I purchased a couple future oil changes! Thanks Ryan S. and the S.H. Hyundai team. U Rock.

Waited over a month to get in for a recall item. When we arrived, found out they gave part to someone else. Now waiting again and they have not called back with new appointment or confirmation that they even reordered the part. They did clean the car though.

The service was excellent. The staff was welcoming. I chose to wait at the premises, to enjoy a coffee and read while waiting. Rooms for customers are furnished and otherwise prepared to ensure the customers that all that can be done is done to provide protection from the Covid 19 epidemic.

Devin at Stew Hansen is awesome! Engine light was blinking, he got my car right in and fixed the problem. Explained everything from what smallest problem to worst case scenario and what would happen. Was absolutely honest about happening again and assured me I was good because of warranty.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable...it was my first stop when I was selling my car. However, I did go to another dealership and sold my car for $6,000.00 more then what car max quote was. Im not sure why it was so off. Maybe look into how you review and quote prices as I understand its business and you need to make money but $6,000 quote difference is a big margin..this is just real feedback..thank you.

Due to weather, my tires lost air, even after filling the tire the warning system wouldn't go off. I called the salesman that I bought it from and he told me to bring it right in. They aired all the tires and the warning system went off finally. Customer service at it's best!!

Im not happy because of the fact that my previous transmission check and fix was done with stew hansen and the fix wasnt done perfectly and that caused in loosen of bolts inside and my car transmission which wasnt safe while drive, what would be the case if my car stopped driving on the freeway,lucky me I was driving not on the free way that time and I had to pay for my own towing since I dont trust hyundai road side assistance.

Great service and a quick turn around. Even on a comped appointment the only 'pitch' i received was an advisement to schedule the 100k maintenance service, but never any badgering or pressure to do so immediately. My far my best experience and a dealership service shop.

When they tell you this recall is simple should be done in 20 mins. Then come and tell you your car is ready after you have been waiting close to an hour. Then ask about something simple the warranty will cover and get a snotty response back. Not impressed at all I will leave my service work to Midas.
