I totally appreciated the quick service I received upon arriving. Jose explained things perfectly and also checked on my warranty to see what/or if it would cover the service received. In fact he did get through and I so appreciated his attention to this. He kept me updated on what was happening and I was done in under the time predicted. I couldn't have asked for better service. Had a tire that had a unrepairable hole that has less that 10k miles on it. I asked if they could see if there was some kind of defect, which I am pretty sure they just saw the hole said they couldn't repair it and needed a new tire at $500+. They were able to get the tire the next day and was able to get it put back on my Jeep the following day. So overall service getting things fixed was good and service adviser communicated well.

Brought car in due to warning lights being on. They replaced a sensor but the issue still was not fixed. I brought it in multiple times and felt I had to force them to look at it again. They said they couldn't determine what was causing the issue. Spent thousands of dollars and the warning lights are still on. They were not apologetic and didn't care they didn't fix my car. I will not go back.

I was there for tire rotation and oil change, halfway into my service appointment, the dealership pulled all the mechanics out of the shop for some sort of employee meeting and then offered no apologies and no reimbursement for my charge, they appeared to not care at all about customer service!
