My 2013 Ford Flex sat at a dealership for 6 days for what I thought was just new keys. I was told the car needed a new transceiver, which is an obsolete part. I had the car towed to Steve's and he had it repaired with new keys within 24 hours. No transceiver needed! I have taken my car to Steve for 25 years. The shop is fair, transparent, efficient and reliable.
