I made an appointment for 7:30 AM on the 2nd and was told it wouldn't be available until 11:30 AM and I would be waiting. It was 9:00 when it was finished so I was very happy about that they did an awesome job.

I went in for an oil change and a battery for the remote control. I had to wait three hours even though I've made an appointment at 10 o'clock. I did not leave there until 1:30 PM.

The person who helped me treated me rudely, angry and annoyed, when I showed him a coupon that I received in my email, he started telling everyone that I was using a coupon and that I should bring it printed and so on.
