When Paul brought up the truck information on his computer, he found that there was two active recalls and told us they could get it done that day. Service was horrible. Never told me before the first appointment if they had the parts or not. Never called to say the car would take longer. Customer service is horrible. I called to ask about a specific part, never received a call back after the woman said that they would call me back in 30 minutes. When I picked up the car, it was parked behind many cars, still had plastic on the seat and a tool left in the cup holder.

I brought it in March 2025 and received horrible service, and was misled and fed a bunch of lies. The service manager, David, was not helpful at all. I will NEVER bring any of my cars there again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely terrible customer service, they never pick up their phones. I spent almost $10k in repairs just to end up trading my vehicle in because they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. The only positive was that they provided loaners due to the fact that they kept misdiagnosing and repairing wrong components.
