My experience was perfect. Friendly people. Gave me a detailed idea as to what the appointment involved. While waiting I spent time in a room equipped with a TV. I also could get a coffee if desired. Lite bulbs replaced on hard lite and fog lite. Then, 3 days later, I have a liquid on my garage floor and the dealership will not address this issue. Transmission issues???? The Service Dept did fix the oil leak, but it took longer than I was told. It was a leak that they caused in the first place so I was not charged. I do appreciate that I have not seen any oil drip from my Jeep since the repair.
