Oil was changed. Asked for a diagnostic and twice they came back misdiagnosing the problem. It's a transmission issue and they claimed a cotter pin was a little bent causing noise on my brakes. My brakes were silent, just had them done! So my car still clunks when it downshifts and they didn't even notice. I took the service manager for an actual drive in the car and he immediately heard the noise. Taking my car elsewhere since Hahn doesn't understand the assignment. Jared, service manager, admitted his team's failure to communicate. Then there is the way they allow their staff to talk at their customers. Lost a paying customer. Won't be back.

Taylor Ramey was EXCEPTIONAL!! She kept us informed throughout our 20,000 mile service appointment. We wanted to get our Atlas checked out before driving it back to FL as well as have the standard services oil/tires rotated etc. Taylor was also able to get 3 recalls performed for us!!! She is an asset and when we drive back up here we will definitely be back. Important to note: we drove over from Wenatchee as this was our closest dealership and we wanted the services to be performed by a certified VW dealership! We were not disappointed! We had a comfortable waiting area, friendly staff kept asking us if we needed anything to make our wait more comfortable and again Taylor kept us informed throughout the process! Well done Steve Hahn VW!!

Steve Hahn is a horrible place w/ horrible service. I took my car in for oil change, and coincidentally not even a week later, the bottom piece of my car that is supposed to protect underneath fell off. When I Called and advised, they said to bring it in and will take care of it. I brought it in then they told me manager said were not paying for a new piece cause you mustve hit something. From the salesman to the customer service, theyve been very unpleasant to work with. I will NEVER go there again, and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone! Several bad experiences, too many to list. But I take full responsibility as I was the one that went back to them. But never again.
