Service Department was extremely through and efficient. From the setting of the appointment to the analysis from the mechanic, this is how a service department should be run. Once they were finished servicing my Jeep Wrangler a mechanic and the service manager explained to me their findings. They also sat in my Jeep with me and explained how to control a lighting feature. Very impressed! I haven't experienced that from a service department or mechanic in years.
