Car was misfiring due to a bad spark plug. Got it changed but my car was still misfiring at idle and driving under low speed. Also doesnt state in the car care that anything was done under the hood, only states that engine/power train computer module and steering/suspension were checked.

Service was good but very slow. I had a 1:00 pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I got there at 12:45 pm. It was 2:50 be fore the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I am accustomed to having this service done in an hour or less, especially with an appointment. However, the staff was very nice. Good people!

Service was some what my tires were put on but someone did not put air in the tires had to take it back the next day tire sensor was broken. The service person who worked on the truck did a poor job, everything was resolved the next day but should have been taken care of properly the first go around

The wait to have my car services was entirely too long. I had to wait about 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I could have had this done somewhere else in a much shorter time period. When a person has an appointment such as I had, his/her automobile needs to be serviced at that time and not have to wait a long period of time like I did.
