Tom Bernier is the best service manager. I called and told him I had a dead battery and needed it serviced/checked out. No hesitation from him. Bring the Yukon in ASAP he said. He also did other services like oil change and tire rotation. I was in the shop by 8 AM and driving home in 2 hours. I always call Tom to schedule me for service because I trust him for the needed work. Tom is a great service manager.

My vehicles have always been serviced to perfection. I've never had any problem afterwards. Stephen's has an excellent customer service representative and his name is Tom Bernier. He is very pleasant, very honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Tom Bernier as anyone's service representative.

Service center took my car in right away for an oil change even without an appointment. While I waited in the waiting room a member asked if I wanted a complimentary coffee or water. Ten minutes later an other member asked again which was very hospitable. Service members are always eager to assist and when something was overlooked, they were apologetic and honest and made sure the issue was rectified..
