There service rep was very helpful in facilitating communication such as providing updated cost estimates. However, it would be helpful if the service department would inform clients about the surcharge fees to credit card transactions from the start instead of surprising clients after the fact. It leaves a bad after taste.

I have always had superb servicing of my car and Mr. Jacob Matthews is awesome. It is why I will pay the higher rate for my car repairs. This dealership continues to facilitate a cohesiveness within the the people that work amongst each other. I have yet to see this at other dealerships not related to the Subaru make. Now if Subaru can put the Cross Trek drivers seats into the Outback, then we are rolling.
