Really excellent service! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of my wait time. I have no problem, for the most part waiting, however, I had a scheduled appointment and still waited (for my car to be completed) 2.5 hours. And it was in for an oil change, tire rotation (nothing out of the ordinary). Anyway, still outstanding service by very professional and helpful folks! Thank you! I will, of course, return!

Oil change, 4 tires mounted and balanced, alignment. All good. Asked twice during visit to replace all brake pads if even close to needing replaced. Advisor took it upon himself to only do the rear pads. Probably thought I'd be happy to save money, but that's not what I asked him to do.

They didn't tighten the lug nuts all the way, so that a couple weeks later the wheel began rocking severely while my wife was driving with my 1 yo daughter. She pulled over and discovered two lug nuts were missing entirely and the others were hand loose. Wheel studs were with and warped from the load. I was out of town so they had to call a tow truck. Replaced the wheel studs and lug nuts myself. I'm never going to this location again.

My 2018 Subaru Crosstrek was making a strange sound. They repaired issue. They advised me to change Transmission fluid, front and rear differential fluid. Brought car home 10 days later my car was leaking Fluid. I needed to have car towed back to dealer. Dealer did not tighten front differential plug properly. They did not even offer a discount for a major inconvenience.
