Nice people who were helpful. We were pre-approved by our bank to make the purchase. The dealership while able to take our down payment didn't have a relationship with the bank and therefore didn't release the car until receiving the cashier check via FedEx. This caused an additional 3 hour round trip to the dealership. I recommend that future buyers clarify the rules to using private financing.

Never got an answer back. Just picked up our truck and didn't get it fixed. Very sad couldn't and still have not gotten it fixed.

My last service was not good. Overcharged for an oil change. Was charged for a full works package which includes tire rotation. Tires could not be rotated due to swollen lug nuts that they damaged on recent visits. I now need to replace lug nuts in order to rotate tires.

Couldn't figure out my warranty repair on brand new vehicle so they gave back to me and told me to bring back if it got worse. Upon driving home the issue was much worse after they replaced CV axle. Took vehicle to different dealer and it took them 2 weeks to order parts and undo the damage that Ford Crestview caused. Don't have your vehicle serviced here.

Scheduled an appointment 3 days ahead of time and fully described vehicle problem online. On arrival for appointment I was told it would be 5 days before my vehicle could be diagnosed. Service rep stated "we try to be transparent" but I would argue they are not. I will not return either of my vehicles to this dealership for service.

TERRIBLE! I would never buy a vehicle from them again. They do not do 4 point inspections. The sales agent Danny Collins is a liar and will promise you the world to make a sale.
