Nice people who were helpful. We were pre-approved by our bank to make the purchase. The dealership while able to take our down payment didn't have a relationship with the bank and therefore didn't release the car until receiving the cashier check via FedEx. This caused an additional 3 hour round trip to the dealership. I recommend that future buyers clarify the rules to using private financing.

My last service was not good. Overcharged for an oil change. Was charged for a full works package which includes tire rotation. Tires could not be rotated due to swollen lug nuts that they damaged on recent visits. I now need to replace lug nuts in order to rotate tires.
