I had an appointment for service. The car was taken in on time. The service rep. kept me informed and asked for the ok for the work to be done and the cost. This is the only service department I have used with this car and always happy with the service.

I feel like I was treated ok, but the issue was not resolved and got worse a few days later to the point where it was in a limp mode with ABS, Brake, anti skid, and braking being affected. Had to have it taken to another dealer close to where it failed, and they found a hard code but again could not find an issue that would cause it. They basically did a code clear and reset and said it has not come back.

The servicing was good and the service quick. Only issue I have is that when my tires are rotated, the tech does not check the tire pressures. The front end and rear end tire pressures are different. Might seem small, but that little extra step would prevent a customer leaving the dealership a warming of low tire pressure.

Avoid doing business with Step One Crestview, their practices are fraudulent and will pad your bill with services you did not authorize. They will misdiagnose your vehicle and then charge you again to fix it. I have them put the wrong oil in my vehicle, crack the oil filter housing and improperly flush my coolant. After 3 extremely negative experiences, I will never return and do NOT recommend doing business with this shop.

Service was performed in a timely manner and the issue was resolved. While it was in their shop they performed a service recall and inspected the vehicle for any other safety issues. In the past they have caught safety issues I was unaware of and requested permission to correct them.

Let's see ypu have to make an appointment for express lane oil and lube. Then sit at the dealership for 2 hrs waiting, only to find out they check everything. Cabin air filter wasn't check but they said was good wipper are bad they said good. Plus they have no clue about any specials on oil changes. You have to look it up on your own . Basically just sucked
