I am extremely Pleased with the service i received from Andalusia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Their service staff member Tonia Cook took care of me and made sure that my vehicle was completed thoroughly before returning it to me.. the automotive personnel completed the job in a timely manner and now I have an ac system that keeps me cool, especially grateful for that as it is getting to be hotter outside now we in the peak of summer.. I love the way I am made to feel special under their care..

I try and tell people to an avoid them at all possible. While the service desk ladies are wonderful, the mechanics are terrible. Over the 9 years I've had to use them for warranty work for two trucks I ordered from them. Of the probably 10 times I had work done, 9 have been sh*** shows. Everything from leaving off engine cowlings, not putting lug nuts on tires, ordering wrong parts, not doing requested work, taking twice as long as promised, leaving important bolts off, and causing additional problems while fixing something and not covering it. Save yourself the headache and frustration by going somewhere else. Yes it's a pain to go out of town, but it's worth it.
