I came in the service area unannounced to have the battery and or starter checked because it was acting slow starting. Richard fit me in even though I did not have an appointment, They checked the car out and found the battery needed to be replaced, the work was done and I went home with less worry of possible breakdown, The service people at Steingold are a great bunch and I am always satisfied with their attitudes and work.

I love Steingold Volvo's service department. They are friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. Susan and Richard are always pleasant and helpful. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to maintain my twelve year old S60, despite driving by another Volvo dealership in order to get to Steingold.

Steingold offers reduced prices on Volvo subscriptions from time to time and the process has been efficient and flawless each time I have used it. The only problem is that Carfax then connects me to them as my service center and I live on the other coast. They have never responded to my requests to correct that.

Service time, service team and customer waiting area were all very positive. Only item that needs improvement is clerical error on mileage. They noted 45k+ and it was actually 47k+.

Richard was outstanding. He checked me swiftly, got me a loaner car within minutes and called me to let me know my car was ready. No unnecessary service was performed on my car. When I picked up my car, my car was vacuumed and washed. Nice.
