They put the incorrect Air Pressure into my Tires. It calls for 35 psi in Front and 33 psi in the Rear Tires. After I made them aware of it, they corrected it. One would think the Mechanic would check the Vehicles Door jam for the Manufactures Recommended Numbers. Otherwise I have no Complaints.

Great service!! Problem fixed. Why do you guys at Car Fax butt in? I always get my car serviced at Starling (previously Ron Norris). I do not drive far. You were totally wrong that I needed an oil change or tire rotation. You have no clue about my low mileage. Please don't sendme such notices. Starling takes good care of me.

The service personnel always treat us so kindly, answer questions and advise. They get us in quick, let us know the cost upfront and are prompt in letting us know the car is ready. Although we do not see or talk to the people serving the car, it always well taken care of and pretty much have kept the previous two Honda's going 18 years each.

I was treated with respect ... both of my time and participation in the problem resolution process. I drive all the way from Melbourne to Titusville so they can service my vehicle. They are THAT good!

Spent a lot of money on Induction Service, a service recommended to alleviate some slow acceleration at low speed, and without a CEL, but that did absolutely nothing. Yes it was my call to follow the recommendation, but that was a total waste of my money, and the car still has slow acceleration. That's the first time in 25 years that I've been less than happy with the service.

I have used this dealership when it was Ron Norris Honda, before Starling bought it. I took my car in for a thorough check up. The staff never leaves a surprise on the bill. Everything needed is told to you when they call to tell you what needs done to your car. I trust them to do a good job.

I was in for my first started service appointment for A1 service. I also had a problem with my wife's key fob. Everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. I have always had my Honda vehicles serviced at the dealer ONLY. They know my vehicle best and do an excellent job.

Starling Honda did a great job of communicating about what to expect. The car was towed in on Friday late afternoon. On Saturday Jason called with the diagnosis and cost, which we approved. Sunday and President's Day Monday the service shop was closed. They had the parts delivered and the job completed on Tuesday earlier than they had promised. Great job by the team of the Service Department, particularly Jason. Thank you!

So nice and accommodating. On my way in I found a stray dog. She jumped in my car on the way to get my service done. They still did my service and helped me and the stray dog get back to my home safely so I could help her. They even gave her some treats while I waited for the shuttle to take us back. The dog is off the streets and on her way to find her forever home and my car is running better than ever!

When I made the appointment by phone I was told the work would take about an hour. When I brought the vehicle in I was told it would take 2 hours so I called my son for a ride home. After 4 hours, I called, and they were just finishing up. Seems you could give better time estimates so customers could plan around the repair.

Jason and Autumn are excellent Service Advisors. I started taking my Honda Element to Ron Norris Honda in Titusville and have continued doing so when they became Starling Honda. What I thought was a serious issue, was not. They are great to work with. I'll be going back for maintenance and repairs and when I am ready to purchase another Honda.

Very expensive. Ridiculous that they add a surcharge for using a credit card to pay for service which was already very expensive. Service techs are great, but cost is too much.
