Great experience. Had an oil change and tire rotation, Lazaro Aguilera was excellent, he kept me informed about my vehicle. He's polite, very helpful and friendly. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Service was awesome! Highly recommend Starling Chevrolet.

My vehicle was basically rinsed off. There was NO cleaning of the interior dash, carpet or seats! I asked for someone to see if they could put some carpet back into the rubber and they "couldn't do that, I can see why because they took no time to clean my vehicle!" Not impressed with their service at all, we were there for 4+ hours and wanted to get home. It was my fault for not really checking the standard of their quality!

This dealership's service department seems to always be busy. I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early and was attended to within a few minutes. I brought a couple concerns to the service advisor in hopes of an explanation, but later felt brushed off when I had to ask him about it. The good thing about this visit was their quoted timeline was on the money.

The service agent I had was very nice and sociable. Some of the other ones look like they need to remember, its customer service. Also, one of my biggest pet peeves. Out of all the dealerships I purchased from and had service performed on my vehicles Starlin is the only one that does not offer a car wash or vacuum after every service. It's disappointing. Not a fan of the service department. Some adjustments need to be made.
