The Service Advisor Teresa was excellent. The service was performed in a timely manner. The best part, a video of a complete walkthrough of the car was given , showing clearly all engine parts, and under body of the car , and suspension and shocks. So that I can clearly see the true condition of the car, with the technician pointing out in the video all major components and their condition. Best experience ever.
