Fast service. Great staff. Bad online computer billing: got my report online (that was good) with a bill that gave me the option to pay it online. I was going to do it until I noticed it billed me for the maintenance service that was part of my vehicle purchase plan and which I was told would be free. I expected better technology from Stapp.Hope nobody else has paid inadvertently for something that is no cost to them.

On August 23, 2024, I took my 2022 Highlander to Stapp Toyota due to a Recall on the front bumper. I initially took it to Stapp Toyota on August 1, 2024 for an inspection of the front bumper and was told that I needed to bring it back to add clips. I wish they could have inspected the bumper and added the clips on the same date to save me a second trip (30 miles round trip.)
