I liked that they checked to see if I had done my 30,000 mile service, and I had not. Quoted 3 things I needed, but then one thing they quoted needed to be done at 60,000 miles not 30,000 so they took that off. Friendly and they kept me apprised of where they were in their service:)

Arrival to the work start was VERY quick! Any / all faults noticed were addressed by a through Service team walk thru - and an explanation of recommended work was addressed before starting. Very professional!! The corrective actions were completed in short order. A walk around by the service team leader and me finished the visit.

They didn't service my vehicle. I came in with a check engine light on & a shutter when my vehicle shifts. They told me 3 days in a row that they couldn't duplicate the problem & that I had to come pick it up. They did not run my codes for the check engine light. I experienced the same shutter the next morning after picking my vehicle up. I am bringing back to the shop next week as I am under warranty.

Mostly good service experience although they often attempt to push for additional services not requested by the customer. Also - there was very limited sales staff available during normal sales business hours so I wasn't able to talk with anyone or test drive a vehicle.

Fast service. Great staff. Bad online computer billing: got my report online (that was good) with a bill that gave me the option to pay it online. I was going to do it until I noticed it billed me for the maintenance service that was part of my vehicle purchase plan and which I was told would be free. I expected better technology from Stapp.Hope nobody else has paid inadvertently for something that is no cost to them.
