You know you're in a good place when this happens. Ordered 4 tires that they didn't have in stock. 2 came in that were no good. Instead of putting them on like most places would do. They ordered 2 new ones and had us come back in . Never charged us until we were completely done. Busy place but always worth it.

There is nothing to not like! St L&T is my go to for all auto needs and issues ... have been e en when the car was still under warranty. They are so easy to work with and service pricing is pain free. My car is out of warranty now and if they can't fix a problem they are trustworthy place to provide solid referrals ... i.e. muffler, exhaust repair.

After getting a flat on I 95, I reached the store @ 12:44pm and the stored closed @ 1pm. They didn't turn us away, they got a tire at a sister location and had us out by 1:15pm. And it was there family christmas party. I really appreciate everyone at that location for their dedication to serving the community.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they broke my stud. The problem is the amount they wanted to repair it....$291 . The part costs 3.70 at Oreilys. This is the second time they've done damage to my car without accepting any liability and wanting me to replace/repair it. I'm absolutely finished with them.

I have never experienced anything less than excellent quality of services performed beginning with the associates handling the appointments to the completed service performed.
I have used the Orange Ave location for at least 5 years and notice that many of the customer care personnel are still there. This indicates a work environment of stability; something that I find reassuring.

I went in with a leak in my tire I was greeted by a very nice young lady right away and she got my car in and they got it taken care of. They found a nail in my tire and got it all patched up for me very quickly. Didn't even charge me. Very nice experience

These people are awesome. Always polite, enthusiastic and helpful. Went there twice in an emergency without an appointment and got taken care of almost immediately even though they were quite busy. Seems to be the place where locals bring their cars.

Great experience. A little more than I expected to pay though. I was quoted on the phone $69.95 for the full synthetic oil change but when I went to pay for the service, I was charged over $90. The gentleman explained that they (SLBT) are responsible for 5 quarts of oil but the other 1.5 quarts are my responsibility. I think I should have been told that on the phone rather than surprised at the counter.

Had a flat tire with no appt. saying that it might take awhile to have two tires replaced, no problem, I understood that they were slammed. I replied that I would wait and did not mind waiting. It took about an hour and 45 min. and I was elated at what I thought was surprisingly quick for as busy as they had been. Paid my bill and thanked me for getting me in so fast!

Required service to patch a tire. Still has a leak and low pressure indicator is still on. Serviced tire had 38 lbs. pressure and other tires had 30 lbs. Should be 32. My valve stem cover was switched with another car. Not paying attention to details. Not the first time this happened.

Im not sure if the work was actually done. My front breaks were replaced by SLB ABOUT 3 months ago. I was told they needed to be replaced soon( yellow on the card). It took less than 10 minutes to change my oil and rotate my tires. Is this normal time?
